Steam Green Tea Black Sesame Milk Custard
2 cups Fresh Milk
3 Egg White
1 Egg Yolk
1/5 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
6 tablespoons Green Tea Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Black Sesame Seed
(1 measuring cup=250ml)
1. ADD brown sugar into the milk and put into the microwave for 1min 30sec high heat
2. MIX the egg white and yolk and sieve the egg into the pre-heated milk.
3. ADD vinegar into the 1+2.
4. Separate the mixture into 3 bowls.
5. Stir 2 tablespoons of Green Tea Powder and 1/2 teaspoon of Black Sesame Seed into each bowl of mixture.
6. Pre-boiled the water and steam the mixture for 20 minutes in slow high.
綠茶黑芝麻燉奶
2 杯新鮮的牛奶
3 蛋白
1 蛋黃
1/5 杯糖
1 茶匙白醋
6湯匙綠茶粉
1 1/2 茶匙黑芝麻
(1 量杯=250ml)
1. 糖加入牛奶, 放入微波煮1.5分鐘, 高熱
2. 混合蛋白和蛋黃予預先加熱的牛奶中。
3. 將醋加入1+2 。
4. 將混合材料分開3 碗份。
5. 每碗各加入2湯匙綠茶粉末和1/2 茶匙黑芝麻,攪勻。
6. 沸水放入鍋慢火蒸20分鐘,。
